Lead a team of world class managers and analysts in the support of financial matters on approximately two hundred active programs and products. Responsible for all matters financial of a base of Government funded research and development programs (largely through DARPA) via both prime and subcontractor relationships. Responsible for the monthly close of the books, project set-up in the job cost system, business financial analysis and variance reporting, program estimates to complete and estimates at completion, budgeting and forecasting. Managed a group of financial analysts responsible for directly supporting programs. Reviewed and approved proprietary cost proposals. Liaison to other functional organizations supporting the business. Supported financial-related audits from DCAA and DCMA. Responsible for facility cost center financial budgets, planning and cost allocations. Previous roles include Financial Analyst and Senior Financial Analyst
