In my most recent role, I executed the strategic planning focused on continuous ACO and Commercial Payor provider expansion, building solid relationships with physicians and healthcare professionals to successfully enroll over 2500 members. I functioned as an executive leader focused on company growth, clinical and network development, and the overall strategy, efficiently bridging the gap between business units to improve communication and align all internal company functions.• Utilized data analytics, clinical insights, technology platforms, and project management skills to evaluate networking results, identify improvement opportunities, develop cost effective processes, and achieve performance metrics.• Developed Specialty Network consisting of 650 specialists, 2 hospital systems, nursing and rehab centers, and home care, increasing managed ACO lives from 8,000 to 45K, achieving shared savings.• Oversaw lifecycle of Commercial Value Based Contract for 150K lives across all lines of business.• Drove network development activities to expand organization through best practice recruitment strategies, compelling presentations, robust influencing skills. and key negotiations of provider contracts.• Launched program for the Physician Engagement and Joint operation Committee to enhance networking process of connecting PCP to all partners, measuring performance against KPIs.• Executed network strategy for multiple lines of MSO business, improving communication to ensure organizational alignment.• Enhanced quality physician relations through execution of consultative engagements to understand pain points and specific needs, offering value based solutions in clinical and care management, and significant cost savings.• Designed MSO and Messenger Model IPA Functions to enhance member benefits including value lab agreements and provision of management and billing services, reducing costs, improving patient quality of care.
