Quantified is a HK Robo-advisor. During my time, I rotated between the marketing and operation departments. I was tasked with better managing SEO traffic on the company website, using Google Analytics and Google Trends. I was able to find inefficiencies with the layout of the page and I was able to put forward recommendations to improve the website traffic flow by including different title tags for each page, as well as using actual text on the website instead of a picture of the text, all which would increase SEO traffic. I also handled logistics for the corporate video shoot, as well as handled online media relations. A main challenge was writing the script for the video, where I had to manage opposing expectations from the CEO and the marketing team. The script needed to include technical aspects to appear professional to B2B companies, but also needed to be relatable and marketable to a larger audience. For operations, I was tasked with digitizing expense claims, as well as ad hoc task such as office administration and meeting scheduling.

I worked as an intern in the sales department. I was tasked with research and insights for stock trades through Bloomberg, as well as track securities in a specific portfolio. By creating a macro in excel VBA, I was able to reduce the need for manual tracking of the AUM size and the daily turnover rate of specific securities, speeding up efficiency. I also researched on FTSE and MSCI Index Rebalancing events and Event-Based trading ideas, proposing potential ideas to the sales team.

I worked as a summer intern in the operations and risk department, where my duties involved customer services and data privacy projects. I helped draft company policy related to Data Protection under the Personal Data Privacy Ordinance (PDPO), and presented my edits to the head of compliance.
