Senior Clinical Programmes Manager
Accountable for the performance of multiple programmes including Diabetes Support, Paediatrics Cows Milk Protein Allergy, Adults Oral Nutritional Supplements, and Adults & Paediatrics Home Enteral Feeding.Responsible for service design across the entire user journey from onboarding, enrollment, treatment and discharge.Developing user personas, user journey maps and aligning varied contracts to service-level blueprints.Lead service design projects from conception and design through to delivery and evaluation to continually drive excellence in user experience, access, engagement, retention, outcomes and programme revenue and cost-effectiveness. Conduct consultation and co-production activities, e.g. interviews, workshops, focus groups, surveys, with internal and external stakeholders.Agile squad lead of cross-functional teams
