Main Duties and Responsibilities:• Preparation of Method Statements, Quality Management Plan and Safety Management Plan in accordance with the company’s Contractual Obligation to conform to the conditions of contract, specifications, drawings and prevailing standards of government and private institution.• Planning, Prepare and Produce Work Schedule and Cost.• Manage and Implementation of the projects according to baseline budget, schedule, quality and safety.• Preparation and analysis of control cost estimate, baseline cost, budget cost, balance to complete, production and cost monitoring.• Perform cost analysis and evaluate quotations from suppliers and sub-con.• Prepare and implement quality plan according to the specification and contract requirements.• Review construction drawings, as-staked, plan, specifications and special provisions of contract.• Recommends accredited prospective suppliers and quarry sites.• Direct and gives Project Engineers their assigned task according to timetable and deadlines.• Coordinate with Project Engineers regarding deployment of equipment, personnel, materials and other resources.• Supervise, inspect, monitoring of all construction activities and accomplishment according to schedule and budget.• Preparation of monthly progress report and present to Board of Directors.

Duties and Responsibilities:• Study of contract documents specifications, drawings and scope of works.• Implement the work as per the drawing.• Lead and supervise the whole crew in execution of the work.• Makes arrangements for labor allocation, mobilization of plant and machinery and materials.• Preparations of material lists and schedules.• Ensure that the works meets its quality and all services/utility to be in the correct corridor.• Monitoring of work and keeps all records.• Review shop drawings and follow up approval from consultant.

Bahrain

Study of contract documents, including scope of works, conditions of contract, specifications, drawings, Schedule of rate in the BOQ.• Keeping all records of measurements.• Prepare valuations and progress billing.• Establishment of schedule of rates for the BOQ.• Communicating with the clients and checking the status of the payment.• Evaluating sub-contractors work and review valuation and prepare recommendation for payments.• Review valuation with Commercial Manager and Issuance of a sign-off Valuations to the Accounts for invoicing.• Produce written reports and spreadsheet on all of the projects in a monthly basis and be presented to the accounts.

Inspect works of any defects and deficiencies in accordance with the specifications and NDT (non-destructive test) requirements - Holiday Test (inside and outside), Ultra Sonic Test, Hydro Test for Pipes and various methods applied on testing of materials.• Checks the construction work program, schedule, methodology, shop/work drawings and as-built drawings.• Prepare and maintain inspection and engineering reports and records to adequately document the progress and performance of the work.• Undertake a day-to-day monitoring of the project and to notify the owner immediately of any delays and changes.• Issuing site instruction for the works which are in non conformity, and recommend for rectification.

Region Vii - Central Visayas, Philippines

Duties and Responsibilities:• Study and analyzed drawings, setting out details, section details, profile and alignment.• Provide coordinates and levels for civil structures like bridge, toll plazas and interchange.• Set alignment and levels for earth works cut and fill, sub-base and asphalt finished level, curb stone, median, ditch, road gullies and soak away.• Collecting levels as per the site condition for designing purposes.• Takes as-built of completed work and keeping survey records.
