Promoted from Production Engineer April 2012In charge of a team, managing the production of precision engineered parts for the aerospace industry. this involves scheduling a workshop of 27 Engineers and managing the group of customer approved suppliers to ensure on time delivery and a quick resolution and robust corrective actions (8D analysis) for any failures in quality or on time delivery. Responsible for hitting sales targets and Delivering quality product on time.Also to ensure we comply with AS9100 and our customers requirements in the Aerospace Industry.Other responsibilities include;Auditing - Trained by LRQAQuality - Ensure the workshop are using calibrated and controlled gauges/equipment and complete paperwork inline with company procedure5S - Improve the workshop and office environments Continual Improvement - Aerospace Industry demands improvement across all company processes.
