About Christopher Noel, M.S.

My name is Christopher Noel and I am an enthusiastic instructional design professional! I have always made it a priority to be goal oriented in life and in my career. For this reason, I chose a career path that is paramount to me: continuing education. I love the idea of a job where things are always changing and you are multitasking. Where no moment is the same; I have found that in the continuing education field. I developed new ways for patrons to consume free content each month by creating an educational podcast called IN RE. I speak with SMEs who are leaders in their practice field and we speak about the nitty gritty of each given topic. I create volunteer modules to hone faculty members' skills and assist them from the day they sign up to be a volunteer until they receive their evaluations. I work with SMEs to create innovative learning experiences as well. My work in these areas as well as training fellow staff on critical technology and processes point to my ultimate goal of creating educational content.For me, the goal is about helping others grow and think critically by creating diverse educational content. I enjoy using the ADDIE model and nearly a decade in education to achieve that goal.Passion is key. I believe when you do what you love, you love what you do. That is the predominant reasoning behind what I do. I swing for the fences every time because if you want to play the game, you have to want to win. Do what you love and you will love what you do. This is the maxim I strive for.
