General Secretary
- Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure and be responsible for the proper and appropriate administration and, record management of the Guild.
- Keeping the Guild regulations, policies, and records up to date and relevant.
- Responsible for the Guild Council's minutes and agenda, as well as the timely publication of the Guild Council's confirmed minutes.
- Participate in budgeting meetings and major financial decisions for better transparency at the Guild.
- Represent the Guild in the Academic Council and Appeal’s Committee.
