Sensor, Safety and Process Sales Engineer at Hermosillo area.

❖ Martin Rea Hermosillo: Controls architecture for a CNC machine integration into a robotic cell. ❖ Martin Rea Hermosillo: Electrical design and supervision of electrical installation for three projection welders. Responsibilities included: Electrical architecture design, cabinet quality assurance and support to assembly personnel during installation. ❖ Gestamp San Luis Potosi: MIG Weld Robotic Cell and CNC Station: Electrical designer for control and power systems. ❖ Metalsa Apodaca: Evaluation and redesign of projection welder manual station. Responsibilities included bill of material and installation validation. ❖ Metalsa San Luis Potosi: Electrical control and power designer for two robotic cell with six robots each. Responsibilities also included installation validation on site and bill of material quantification and requisition. Direct communication with client was crucial for the success of this project.

❖ Maintenance personnel supervision during production time and shutdowns. ❖ Acted as supervisor of sealant production line which included a FANUC robot cell and 23 unionized personnel assuring safety, quality and flow. ❖ Station Risk Assessment. ❖ Job Plan Optimization ❖ Kaizen implementation at production line to reduce ergonomic and safety risks. ❖ Preventive maintenance instructions and implementation. ❖ Supervision during paint shop start up assuring that it was ready to paint cars with the appropriate quality. ❖ Equipment energy consumption monitoring. ❖ Design and installation of facilities to ensure safety and quality during maintenance procedures. ❖ Paint robot quality test and basic troubleshooting. ❖ Developed a course program in basic electric control for maintenance conveyor personnel.

❖ Designer and drafter of several mechanisms and structures for the mining, agriculture and aquaculture industry using mainly Solidworks. ❖ Material quantification of each project under my responsibility. ❖ Continuous communication with manufacturing personnel to improve designs and procedures in order to assure customer´s satisfaction.

❖ DMAIC project which improved safety, quality and production floor usage. Weekly report of process with ME Manager, Quality Manager, Production Manager and Plant Manager. ❖ Physical design and fabrication of DMAIC project at transformer core production line ❖ Time cycle keeping, spaghetti diagram and kaizen implementation at transformer core production line.
