In July of 2014, I started working at First Northern Credit Union as a Financial Service Advisor. I was responsible for onboarding all new members of the credit union while cross selling credit union products and services to best fit the members needs. I would also attend Business Development events to sign up new memberships and build on existing relationships with current members. In my time there I met and exceeded sales goals monthly, quarterly and annually, won multiple monthly and quarterly sales contests and was regularly a top earner at the company. Prior to First Northern I was working as a Server at Pasta Mia Restaurant in Bartlett, IL starting in December 2012. I was moved up to a Manager position at the restaurant where I would be required to handle all customer service issues as well as handle the register at opening and closing time. When I moved to the city of Chicago in June 2014, I transferred to Pranzi Restaurant, which was the same owners and continued with the same position until March of 2015. My work experience started as a Cold Caller/ Leads Generator for Joe Florence, a commodities broker with Chicago Grain in May of 2012 until July of 2014. Tasked with calling 150-200 potential new clients daily to build interest in working with my broker in which I regularly met and exceeded the monthly and annual sales goals my broker would set for me.
