Day-to- day responsibility for developing and/or implementing and managing the areas of Production, Filling/Packaging, Production-Planning, Quality Assurance, Product Development, Continuous Improvement, Engineering and Maintenance, Utilities, Troubleshooting, Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Sustainability, Procurement of Materials and Purchasing of New Equipment.In addition to developing all systems and procedures we required to grow as a team and company, I was responsible for training and developing the team as well as managing the onboarding process of operations-related department heads.One objective was to optimize the original production facility and convert it to a keg-beer only facility with 10.000 hl annual capacity and a 4-month product shelf life.In parallel, I was the company’s project lead for the implementation of a second brewing and bottling facility with an annual capacity of 25.000 hl sales beer with 9-month shelf life for nationwide and SEA distribution. My responsibility included all process stages from planning, tendering, negotiations, FATs, equipment installation, commissioning and the successful start-up of operations in the second facility in September 2018.
