I am an Associate Director at Leonard Design Architects guiding a highly creative team with a passion for design. Our integrated multi-disciplinary team work on a spectrum of architecture, interior, graphics and branding projects. We have the skill and experience to envision and deliver solutions to our client's challenges and ensure the end user experience remains central to our designs.Our experience originates in developer and brand led retail design. However, strategic thinking and great working partnerships with our clients enable us to work intelligently across a growing number of additional sectors including residential, workplace, food and beverage and leisure.Once the strategic vision is set, our experience and appreciation for detail allow us to service our client's requirements from feasibility through to the delivery of beautifully crafted designs. These can be realised as built environments, printed media or digital communication.Prior to Leonard Design Architects, I worked within a number of internationally renowned architecture and design practices. At Foster + Partners I was an Associate working within large multi-disciplinary teams on complex mixed-use projects. In contrast to this, JHP involved small teams where my focus was retail interiors and branding.My varied background and ongoing professional development enable me to support the team with the challenges we face and opportunities we create.
