Currently working as part of the Employer Engagement team within the Workers Compensation division at icare NSW, contributing to the development of the relationship with, and the engagement of, employers and industry leaders in respect to Workers Insurance to achieve established business objectives. Building and maintaining effective business relationships at an executive level in order to improve the overall performance of the Scheme. A major part of what I offer within my portfolio of customers is analysing performance data and presenting to customer with the idea of enhancing their business, policy performance and offering advice as a trusted risk advisor by way of reducing injuries within the workplace, providing industry knowledge on RTW methodologies and assisting in educating on premium reduction strategies. Developing relationships and building trust is key within my current role at icare, this is a pivotal part of achieving results within our business unit.Previous to my current role I was an Operations logistics Manager with exposure to a plethora of ERP/operational systems. Whilst my most recent position is off the front line I still love to keep my self very much on the frontline leading and coaching my staff to achieve excellence - I believe people management is my area of expertise.Within the past decade I have held many different positions across multiple companies in the Transport Logistics industry. I have been on and off the frontline and managed to pick up skills that help me relate to stakeholders of all industry positions - I consider myself assertive and approachable.
