As President & CEO of the Humanetics Group, I have been privileged to bring together several leading safety technologies into a diverse global business. Working closely with our employees, our customers, the industry and strategic partners, we have led the Humanetics Group to double digit year-on-year growth. We will continue to strategically expand the company’s product portfolio and its global footprint, currently with over 850 employees at 24 international locations. I am passionate about Humanetics’ purpose to protect people from harm and save lives; as a father and family member, I know there is no greater duty than the protection of our loved ones. As an engineer and entrepreneur, I believe our working lives should be full of ambitious goals that challenge convention and the status quo to delight our customers. As an Army officer, I know my role is to develop strategy that uses our resources most efficiently and engages our dynamic employee teams to enhance their contributions, allowing us to bring our vision to reality. And, as a business leader, my role is to balance these principles to ensure we keep innovating for our customers and building a successful enterprise for all.
