Responsible for the training, health and welfare as well as accountability of up to 43 Soldiers/Employees. Oversees daily day to day tasks, takes intent and orders from Officers and higher leadership and ensures those missions are accomplished. Acts as an advisor and mentor to the Platoon Leader, and ensures the platoon remains as combat effective as possible at all times.
