•Project management of large multi channel campaigns – Managing the direct marketing proposition for the largest Sainsbury’s brand “By Sainsbury’s”. The campaign used multiple channels, such as direct mail, coupon at till and email. •Strategic planning: Developing and implementing a robust yearly plan for each of my trading areas that would help achieve their yearly KPIs. This meant ensuring all campaign, big or small, met specific objectives.•Stakeholder management: Working with all aspects of the marketing department to ensure creative work followed the same aesthetics as national advertising communications and fitted with relevant timings.

Key Skills:•Promotional Implementation – Requiring consultation with Trading Managers, implementation processes, recommendations and report generation/communication. Influencing cross functionally and at all levels - from junior buyers to trading managers. •Providing promotional insight: By proving or disproving the success of promotional activity and then presenting findings to senior colleagues with clarity and gravitas. I did this successfully by building strong inter-work relationships with others areas of the business i.e. finance.•Working with outside agencies on nationwide promotions: Weighing up the possible benefits of new activity and problem solving to ensure the promotions land effectively. •External Account Management: Managing the in store activity of a key strategic partnership with E-on Energy.
