Created Red Hat 7 custom kickstarts to support a minimum number of packages installed to support a small, secure image. Maintained and modified a product to automate OS configuration and OS security settings in perl scripts. This role also incorporated system administrator for Red Hat 7. I created user accounts, maintained the security of the OS, configured the network, and installed specialized software. I also troubleshot many issues with user accounts, file system, networking, and sh/perl script issues. Created user manual documentation and installation documentation. Engineered a remote system architecture to enable remote control of critical assets using COTs products. Briefed stakeholders on current projects as a subject matter expert on the products I desgined and maintained.

As a Systems Administrator for Lockheed Martin. I maintained 7 networks ranging from a few devices up to ~300. My job required extenisve knowledge of Windows 7/10, Server 2008/2012/2016, and Red Hat 6/7. I installed approved programs on both Windows and Linux and configured the software. An example of software I have installed is Office Suite, IBM ClearCase and ClearQuest for both Windows and Linux, K3B, and Apex. Another part of my responsiblity was to upgrade 150 Windows 7 workstations to Windows 10. I used Active Direcotry to setup user accounts, reset users passwords, and give them permission to certian network resources.

For little more than a year I was part of a 10 member team who created, and maintained 500 Amazon Web Services accounts. While on this team I learned how to configure VPC's, EC2 Instances, Route Tables, Peering Connections, Roles, Policies, S3 buckets and Users. During this year I was able to attend Amazon Web Services: Architecting class and Amazon Web Services: Systems Operations class. These experiences have helped me troubleshoot network, and Red Hat Server issues.

Working as a Client Systems Support Technician allowed me to troubleshoot Windows software, and hardware issues. I was part of a 14 member team where our responsibility was to maintain a network of 4500 users, using 6000 IT assets. During my tenure I learned how to remotely deploy Windows 7 and other Microsoft applications, configure IPAD's for senior level leadership, and the ability to troubleshoot software/network issues.

While I was a Unix Administrator I was part of a 6 member team to support 600 users. I have experience with creating user accounts, setting permissions, adding users to groups, resetting passwords, and troubleshooting bash scripts. Most of my time as a Unix Admin was solving software and hardware issues for the users. Most of the time it was a simple start and stop process and I had to troubleshoot bash scripts to find where it had stopped in its process.
