Develop and direct the implementation of IT operational plans, projects, programs and systems Coordinate the use of Office 365 Dynamics as an ERP tool within the organisation. Establish and maintain appropriate internal control safeguard measures within the IT environment. Maintain the company’s IT network, servers and security systems. Investigate and diagnose network problems. Make recommendations for improving the company’s IT systems. Liaise with external solution providers to ensure that the organisation remains at the cutting edge of IT developments. Oversee the development of specific improvement plans for each area of responsibility and provide regular status reports regarding progress of plan implementation Maintain the inter/intranet and ensure minimal down time. Facilitate the optimization of the company’s software system and ensure availability of appropriate information Assist other departments and divisions with analysis of collected data by creating and maintaining reporting tools Develop a standard process to be used on all IT infrastructures to minimize risks to the company. Manage physical and access controls over all IT infrastructure within the company. Preserve and protect IT related assets. Performs other duties as delegated by the CFO from time to timeBUSINESS DEVELOMENT FUNCTIONS  Able to work closely with the sales team to develop sales tools and training packages for key staff. Developing and managing customer care programs for improved sales success. Developing content for product and company collateral. Ability to chase up new business opportunities. Increasing brand awareness and bringing in new customers. Maintaining relationships with key clients. Excellent lead generation and development skills.

• Own work intake process (in Service Catalog, Service Desk) for unplanned requests specific to its Pillar group• Create Ideas, close Ideas, convert Ideas into a Project, and close Projects in Clarity for respective Run projects• Ensure data quality of Run projects (project documents, tasks, cost plans, budget plans, forecast, …)• Provide reports related to Run projects as required• Manage Run projects and/or provide support to others within the Pillar in managing the Run projects • Guide project managers and leads involved in executing Run projects on following PDM process• The primary contact for PMO concerning the Run projects
