With over 30 years of experience and training since 2007, ABLE Tuition offers both basic and refresher training for new or established operators of M.H.E and F.L.T equipment.With a variety of plant and fork lift training programmes, as well as other M.H.E training available, ABLE will provide professional tutelage for all levels of skill and knowledge. An established Manager with over 20 years of experience, previously working in Textile Manufacturing, Warehousing and Distribution. Responsible for multiple departments and management of teams, overseeing more than £1 million of stock and reporting to the Production Director. During the six years in a production management role, I streamlined processes, reduced stock holding and waste, resulting in improved yields and a reduction in costs. I have also been involved with the acquisition and migration of a new business and the development of bespoke software.Experienced at working in an FMCG DC environment. I have knowledge in all aspects of warehouse work including: team management, recruitment, training, FLT driving and instructing, administration, managing Stock Control, Centre Office operations, Goods In and Despatch departments.As a leading implementer of the SAP WM system in 2 FMCG warehouses I regularly exceeded performance targets with the ability to adapt quickly to different work environments. I am also an experienced staff trainer and have designed training plans and supported colleagues in the learning of this system and other duties.I pride myself on being an accomplished professional with experience in producing outstanding results. I am a passionate and committed individual who always strives to achieve the best for the business and the teams I work with.

This was a nine month project and involved migrating stock and equipment from Scotland and embedding new processes.• Provided analytical, system and data support for other departments.• Creation of Microsoft Excel spread sheets for KPI’s, statistics and Data processing/analysis.• Juno system operator including identifying requirements and working with the developers to create system transactions.
