• Monitor and report on project performance with the help of Team Leads, provide feedback and take appropriate correctiveaction.

• Analyze Associates’ work output against guidelines/standards and provide feedback
• Identify Associates strengths and Weaknesses.
• Provide feedback to Quality Analysts and Team Leaders on identified areas that individual members of the team need toimprove on for coaching.
• Compile and send daily, weekly and monthly quality reports and send to the Project Manager andother relevant stakeholders.
• Liaise with Quality analysts and Team leaders to ensure that feedback and the identified quality gaps are addressedwith the individual/team members.
• Keep an up-to-date record of individual Associates quality performance for use in performancereviews.

• Designing and overseeing all aspects of the digital marketing department including the marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns.
• Developing and monitoring campaign budgets.
