Smooth operations and maintenance of BTS(GSM), Node B(3G), 4G and the interconnecting transmission media for sites assigned to me in the region. This pertains:-Solving Radio, Transmission and Telecom power systems problems on a site and ensure timely and efficient solutions to problems that occur.-Handle Customer complaints concerning Network Quality.-Involved in installation and acceptance of new equipment installed on a site with the relevant contractor (Including microwave, fibre, Vsat and BTS equipment)-Technical reporting to the management in case of any technical problems on a site that are beyond my ability to solve.-Analysis of faults/outage, site audit, Application of warranty support/AMC-Involved in integration of new sites and take over from projects to operations.-Handle spares management for all the sites assigned to me. Power audits on status of genset, Mains grid, changeover panels and battery back for each telecom site in my region
