CurrentDirect and manage the strategic and tactical activities of Cozzini Routing team. Own the planning & and rerouting execution processes for the final mile delivery/service strategy across the United States. In addition, develop a long-term strategy for scaling the routing and delivery optimization systems. Oversee the daily transactions of the Routing team, manage team resources while providing hands-onsupport, and provide clear and concise reporting to the leadership team. Establishment of rigorous routing KPI's, including team, individual-level targets, scorecards, and tracking toensure clear and measurable KPIs are in place for all Regions/Depots/Drivers. Drive continuous improvements to achieve financial, operational, service and organization improvements. Identify gaps & opportunities for improving overall final-mile delivery routing process and execution. Lead process improvement routing/rerouting initiatives across all regions. Retrieve, analyze data, and establish key performance metrics to measure routing/rerouting success. Communicate effectively across a broad group of stakeholders. Manage and develop individual team members and demonstrate strong leadership capabilities. Engaged in the organization to develop and enforce procedures, policies, and safety protocols for all fleet within the organization. Implementation of fleet technology for both safety and maintenance improvements to the fleet in a highly collaborative, dynamic role that coordinates with the Executive Team. Introduces and oversees systems and activities to maintain oversight of regulatory compliance status and monitors metrics and indices reflecting performance. In addition develop schedules and procedures for and ensures adherence to routine maintenance and non-routine repair of all vehicles in the company’s fleet. Collaborates with leadership in the organization and staff to manage and reduce expenses. Establishes a schedule and parameters for recommended replacement of fleet vehicles.
