Provide leadership with regard to the daily operation of the location. Responsibilities include employee performance, identifying safety issues, addressing operational needs, local P&L, recruiting, and vehicle maintenance.

Responsible for the day-to-day operations of an LTL Transportation Terminal. Responsible for hiring, training, counseling, and termination of employees. Responsible for P&L, KPIs, and all regulations relating to the industry including DOT and FMCSR.

Responsible for management of all front line leadership. Responsible for Process Improvement including TQM.

Performed personnel and administrative functions in support of a 790-man rapid deployment battalion task force and advised the commander, the staff, and unit soldiers on personnel matters. Deployed a Brigadier General and his staff during Operation Iraqi Freedom II (2004-2005).
