What is my role at Cornerstone III Properties? As VP of Purchasing and Estimating, I am responsible for buying the best quality materials, goods and services for our home buyers at the most competitive prices, by developing an organized purchasing strategy. My goal is always to identify potential suppliers, visiting existing suppliers, and build and maintain good relationships with them.What is my experience in the industry and in Charlotte? My career in home building began as a Warranty Manager for a local builder in the Charlotte area. Because of this, I’ve never forgotten the importance of building a quality, well-built home. Over the years I have also been a Construction Manager, Estimator and Licensed General Contractor. My home building career has always been centered around the Charlotte region, so I am aware of the unique, fast-paced market we build in.Why did I help start Cornerstone III Properties?
