I also train and mentor the junior chefs and the production staff on the latest culinary trends, techniques, and standards. I have a strong background in banquets and menu development, having worked as a development chef and a category manager at Fresh Direct, a leading fresh produce supplier. There, I also oversaw the product portfolio and the category strategy for the food service and hospitality sectors, ensuring quality, consistency, and profitability. I have excellent skills in employee training, customer service, food safety, and cost control.
