Initially as a graduate I am currently employed at Jaguar Landrover and have been working within the Battery Assembly Centre where we are working to bring JLR’s first self designed/manfacturered battery pack to market. I have been involved in numerous elements of the project from design reviews to manufacturing timing studies and working with contractors on automation and adhesives. Responsibilities & Achievements:o Complex problem solving on adhesives throughout the battery pack including cell bonding, module assembly and lid/enclosure sealingo Liaising with product development on design for manufacturing along with tolerancing and controlso Automated guided vehicle integration and commissioning into the production line which has included creating good working relationships with contractor commissioning engineerso Prototype build engineering support and feedback to management, to help improve the quality of product and safe systems of work

While working for Jaguar Landrover in their Halewood Manufacturing Facility I worked for Intercake in my evenings visiting stores and performing maintenance and technical support to ASDA stores in the North West of England. This work involved conforming to the site regulations for health and safety when working in bakeries, Liaising with the Hertford office, working well with the ASDA staff and performing my technical work to a high standard.This work taught me great people skills and time management because of its involvement with different groups of people multiple times every week and making sure I gave good time estimates and stuck by them. I worked to with a mentality of ensuring the job was finished to a high standard whatever the situation and enjoyed the challenge of having to fix the printers independently in the field.
