Work with Project Management team on a million dollar a year contract to implement Optym’s HaulPlan software. Actively manage all inputs to maintain the integrity of the data used in HaulPlan. Manage all project requisitions for HaulPlan, preform data analysis for each requisition, and ultimately create business cases to present the project’s findings. Use a mixture of SQL and VBA to create self-updating Excel reports that are used by various departments within Estes. Thus, reducing manual data processing and having a better overall visibility on company performance standards. Volunteered to be on the team that implemented the electronic cross docking that was rolled out to the entire company. I worked with employees at all levels of management to teach them how to use the software.
