My name is Chris Ortiz and I appreciate your consideration to work with our team. My wife and I are El Dorado Hills residents with four children, and we love our community in the foothills. As a family man, I know the challenges that come with financial responsibility. Budgeting alone is one of the most challenging disciplines of any individual or couple. The simple question; Do you have a living budget? Should open all our eyes to the responsibility we have in homeownership. My wife and I graduated from Financial Peace University in 2016. We have hosted this program many times at our local church with the goal of helping people identify their long-term dreams and ambitions. Nothing rings louder in financial freedom than owning a home while tackling all the other financial responsibilities that come with the American Dream. Using my knowledge and experience in pursuing financial freedom we will take one step at a time to determine the best home loan that suits your unique needs. I enjoy spending time in the community specifically mentoring at-risk foster youth through Dress 2 S.O.A.R. and supporting local high schools in teaching financial literacy. You will also find me and my family hiking the golden foothills and spending time outdoors in our beautiful NorCal region. I truly believe that everybody’s financial story is unique. We are here to mentor and guide you in your journey as homeowners. Whether it is your first time buying a home, or you have dozens of rental properties in your real estate portfolio, we will work together to come up with a plan that suits your goals.
