At the age of 15 I had landed my frist professional kitchen job. As extra prep hands and dish pits I learned quick on fast pace with consistency, (plus much more) so I worked harder and was hungry for more knowledge. I started working my way up through the industry chain to assistant management by the age of 18. After high school I knew It was time for me to further my passion for the food and beverage hospitality industry, so culinary school it was. During culinary school I gained a urge and talent for creating visually and flavorful food. Once Graduation I started hitting the industry by storm atleast locally for 5 years climbing the chain. Now im ready to keep moving up to learn more in a populated city as im looking to move and venture into Chicago's culinary culture. Taking my knowledge and skills to the next level. After only a few weeks I landed a kitchen consultant position in Lincoln park Chicago. Once the food sales and quality started to grow and let the creativity set in the team was ready to take charge! Next step was opening a bar n grill north down Clark as the executive chef after a few weeks we launched and it has been a great experience since. After a couple years I decided to take my career into tour catering learning all aspects and growing into lead Chef/crew chief. Providing hospitality to bands/ artists and their crews while on tour has been an amazing experience. I will continue to grow and learn through this industry.
