Headed the strategic planning and transformation of the company from a family-based extraction firm to an investment-grade, total water management company respecting the full water cycle. Managed the annual budget. Developed and delivered routine presentations to the Board. Fostered a culture of excellence by spearheading change management and proactive communications. Led a team of leaders supporting 70+ employees and 24/7 operations.
