As Lead Engineer I was responsible for all technical advice and managing field operations. Imanaged wire line crews with technical and operational information when needed. Designed andimplemented wire-line operation procedures for upcoming and ongoing wire-line jobs. Holdingpre-job meetings with crew members to insure all aspects of logistics, equipment certifications &personnel training for upcoming wire line jobs had been accounted for. In charge of managingcrew safety and compliance with all safety protocols, Baker Hughes (SOP) and State,Government regulations. Making sure all jobs and equipment to be used on H2S jobs is regulatorycompliant. Resolving potential problem areas and communicating the proper procedure tomitigate any and all problems to clients, sales and all crew members involved. Holding post-jobmeetings with crew members and clients to review operations after completing all job operations.This will insure any and all learning opportunity's had been documented and fully communicatedwith all crew members and sales involved in the job completion process. Reviewing job paperworkfor API-Q2 compliance, meeting with sales and clients to review upcoming and ongoing jobprocedures. Insure that the correct personnel and equipment is loaded and ready for eachcompletion wire-line job to insure compliance with customer requirements . Reviewing all 3rdparty paperwork and equipment to insure that 3rd party equipment is in compliance with BakerHughes requirements and clients operational need.

I have Been in charge of the operation and successful completion of wire line operations in highly deviated wells, high hydro-static wells, Deep Water Intervention wells, Completion wire-line logging, perforating and all types of mechanical wire-line services. Have successfully overseen operations in both high pressure operations and sour gas wells. Fully knowledgeable in the deployment and operation of all sizes and pressure ratings of PCE equipment.

Designed and implemented casedhole hole perforating P&A and all completion wireline services. Appointed the only Completion Specialist to complete every wireline operation until project completion.
