Currently working as an Account Manager in the Downstream Access Mail business with a portfolio of over 50 SME clients. During a short timeframe, I have managed to learn and obtain great knowledge within a complex industry, often being the go-to person for colleagues and providing expertise and advice to clients.During my current role, I have developed my account portfolio by increasing volume and revenue, including retaining a key account who regularly switched providers over the years.With over a decade of B2B service experience, I have also worked in logistics, IT and car finance, mainly taking ownership of specific customers which has enabled me to build prosperous working relationships. I enjoy working as part of a team but also having the autonomy and responsibility to look after my own area. As a team player, I have helped improve various procedures over the years and created new processes. I am an experienced user of Microsoft Office programs, as well as a quick learner when it comes to new software and platforms such as Salesforce, Workflow Max and Zen Desk.
