Responsible for the daily operation of a 408,000 square foot facility. Lead 5 Team Leaders and 110 partners. Responsible for the day to day operations of the facility. I provide Team Leaders technical training, coaching and developmental opportunities. Responsible for the financial performance of the warehouse and provide the team with our company’s vision. I manage partner relations and help transition all partners through change management.

Responsible for the daily operation of a 300,000 square foot facility. Managed 150 team members, 25 DOT drivers, 16 supervisors and 2 Operation Managers. Provided leadership and direction to all departments while enhancing their skills in logistics. Responsible for the financial performance of the building by following planned budgets.
