My name is Christopher Pichardo and I am an IT Associate that is looking to expand his knowledge and ability in IT by working positions that will be directly involved with helping people with their technological problems and needs whether on the front or back end. My experience includes a lot of hardware and software support either in person or through remote management software and I love being able to assist and introduce systems that make IT more usable and manageable for people. Understanding how something works from inception to execution is what I strive for.
