From there, my career path led me on many adventures which enabled me to broaden my skillset and gain fresh perspectives, but I kept coming back to positions that leveraged my mechanical aptitude as well as my people skills―and that’s how I knew facilities management was the right fit for me.Through my multi-disciplinary approach, I’m able to build relationships and communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders, from upper management to contractors to support staff.
