Pi Lambda Phi is a fraternity that focuses on developing members into well rounded individuals throughout all aspects of life. With an average cumulative GPA of 3.53 among members, it is in the top three social fraternities in regards to academic excellence. The chapter also focuses on widespread involvement and leadership beyond the fraternity, as members are required to be involved in at least one other organization before joining. Members have a variety of positions to chose from within the fraternity. Additionally, each member is required to complete at least 15 hours of community service per semester.
