My 34 plus years of experience in the building trades as well as the real estate industry gives me a solid, practical understanding of the necessary components of the insurance claims industry. I am currently working in the insurance adjusting field. This is a full time career for me and I have the experience to succeed. I have been to several storm sites to date and I know what to expect when out in the field. Since obtaining my TX all lines adjuster license in July 2010, I’ve written approximately 1800 residential and commercial claims for ASI, USAA, Hartford, Brotherhood Mutual and Lighthouse Insurance on storm-sites in Louisiana, Mississippi, Denver, Maryland and Delaware which includes claims written into Xactimate as a CAT team member for a Nationwide Insurance adjuster on storm sites in Charlotte NC and Cleveland OH. In addition to my field work, I was a classroom assistant for the Xactimate class at Mile High Adjusters in Denver CO since June 2011 and recently taught the February 2013 class in Mt Laurel NJ before deciding to focus on field adjusting and leaving the classroom.My travel history has taken me to different countries and has tested my street skills in unexpected situations. These skills enable me to deal with the unexpected events that occur during emergency situations where logical, pragmatic and critical thought may avert a negative situation. I have excellent customer service skills and problem solving is a skill that sets me apart from most in any field I have experienced over the years. I bring that experience to this field as well. I am looking to expand my options in this industry and I would appreciate the chance to demonstrate my skill with your company.
