Reporting to the Administrative Committee appointed by the Federal Executive of the Liberal Party of Australia to manage the NSW Division until 30 June 2025, I have been drafted to again lead the organisation’s professional wing as its chief executive officer.Within a complex stakeholder environment, I am working alongside the Administrative Committee to drive a programme of structural and cultural transformational change within the organisation. Liaising closely with Federal and State parliamentarians and the Liberal Party’s membership across NSW, I am responsible for the organisation’s financial management and operations, fundraising and membership activities, as well as directing three critical state by-election campaigns and overseeing preparations for the federal election campaign, due to take place by May 2025.

Reporting to the State President and State Executive, I led the professional wing of the NSW Liberal Party. Working in a complex stakeholder environment, I coordinated the organisation’s 12,500 members, liaising closely with the leadership and members of the Federal and State Parliamentary Parties to achieve strategic and political outcomes. I was responsible for the organisation’s financial management and operations, fundraising and membership activities, directing its federal, state and local government campaigns as well as brand positioning throughout the electoral cycle.

In this key role, I developed and executed commercial, communications and advocacy strategies for clients of the Group’s corporate advisory and public affairs brands, PremierState and CapitalHill Advisory. I provided specialist government relations advice to clients, collaborating with their external affairs teams to deliver on objectives and ensure a high standard of engagement with stakeholders.

As part of the senior management team of the NSW Division of the Liberal Party, I supported the State Director in executing campaign strategy that was developed and refined using demographic, qualitative and quantitative data and analysis. I provided specialist advice and support to Federal and State Members of Parliament, Local Government Councillors, candidates and their local campaign teams across NSW.

Provided strategic, issue management, policy and political advice as Senior Private Secretary to the Prime Minister of Australia.
