Park Operations

Managed day-to-day operations of attractions in the Asia area of Disney's Animal Kingdom. Created safety programs, schedules, and recognition for the area. Developed new leaders through training and mentor programs at Disney's Animal Kingdom.

Managed day-to-day operations in all three modes of transportation at Walt Disney World, including Watercraft, Monorails, and Buses. Ensured that the transportation system remained safe, timely, and responsive to demand shifts.

Managed attractions testing, training, and general assistance for grand opening at Shanghai Disney Resort. Created schedules, built relationships and partnered with Walt Disney Imagineering to ensure a smooth handover to local operators.
