I am on a mission to positively impact the lives of people and their animals on a global scale, by identifying their needs and matching them with solutions backed by science, compassion, and results. In the veterinary practice, I work with clients who are experiencing behavior problems in the animals that share their homes. My practice is a mixture of house call and in-clinic assessments, which allows for providing a wide variety of services based on what is appropriate for an individual patient. I bring aspects of veterinary medicine, animal training, and family dynamics to my work to address all the factors that may contribute to the problem behavior.My passion for connecting with people and moving them forward extends to their own wellness, and I am an advocate for mindfulness, physical activity, and nutrition as health care. I have partnered with a health and wellness company that provides solutions for weight loss, healthy aging, and athletic performance, and I support individuals through their personal improvement journeys. I am a speaker at regional, national, and international conferences on a variety of topics including aggression/anxiety disorders, behavior modification techniques, and the use of prescription medications in the treatment of behavioral disorders.
