Continued in my role as VP of Strategy, but now in a corporate capacity, working with users from all Mantis divisions to manage software projects and meet with key stakeholders to document the requirements for upcoming projects. Oversee the onboarding requirements needed to facilitate incorporating new staff, technology and data obtained from Mantis’ M&A activities. Work with divisional leaders to identify needs, estimate and plan for projects, while managing development resources to keep projects on schedule and under budget and reporting progress back to Senior Leadership. Restructured the Mantis Development Team’s internal processes and instituted a Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Scum methodology to more effectively adapt to increasing workloads and overcome resource challenges.

Moved to a full-time IT position to place a more direct focus on developing EMEX software and operational efficiencies.

Managed day-to-day operations for the EMEX Pricing and Operations divisions across multiple offices. Provided strategic guidance to navigate both divisions towards meeting monthly, quarterly and annual revenue goals. Introduced new efficiency processes to raise productivity levels through increased automation. Worked with Senior Leadership in evaluating M&A opportunities and participating in board meetings and providing presentation materials.

Building on my experience in the Senior Pricing Analyst role, I assumed the leadership role over the EMEX Pricing Team and oversaw day-to-day operations to develop and coach the team into a highly organized and efficient unit. During this time I also begin working more extensively with our Sales team to provide timely market intelligence and strategy to grow our customer count and enter new markets, while continuing my work with Senior Leadership and the Software Development Team to design and deploy new features to our platform.

Provided retail energy pricing for large commercial, industrial, and governmental customers. Generated electric and natural gas custom quotes and custom analyses supported by extensive tariff analysis that assisted the customer in reviewing and selecting their proposed pricing options.Worked directly with Senior Leadership and the Software Engineering team to build a first-of-its-kind CRM and Retail Energy RFP distribution system specifically geared towards increasing efficiency and profitability. Oversaw the development of key projects like the EMEX Reverse Auction, Supplier Portal and Partner Portal.
