- Design, build, and manage development, testing, and production environments which includes working on the configuration aspects of automated Continuous Integration process- Reporting on system stability and release related metrics- Define and document system configurations- Working closely with Infrastructure Engineers, Developers, and QAs to resolve defect/issues and collaboration with Technical Consulting and Platform Operations group to come up with solutions and proposals for upcoming projects and application improvements.- Contribute towards ways of improving quality and collaboration

- Manage Service Desk ticketing and monitoring of systems in AWS.- Investigate issues and provide incident reports through Root Cause Analysis.- Execute proposed architecture diagrams for clients as POC in the AWS Management Console- Followed AWS best practices to further optimize the performance of servers.- Provides recommendation to all issues raised and investigated.- Provides recommendations and best practices for server's performance improvement and minimize cost.

- Work closely with clients by investigating problems and providing pertinent solutions in the tickets logged from the client’s end.- Configuring and testing the time tracking system of the workers, including Overtime, Rest Hours, Regular Hours, Weekend Hours, Weekly Hours, and also Time Offs such as Holiday Leave, Sick Leave, Special Leave, Business Trip etc.- Work as a Quality Tester in the business process configurations (Hire, Terminate, Change Job, Change Primary Address, Change Primary Location) and testing by Unit and Integration Testing.- Support and resolve mass load requests of the workers by extracting, transforming, validating, and loading the data into production.

- Work closely with the DT Engineer by assisting in the testing phase of the cellular towers from 2G, 3G, and 4G band configurations in all of the sectors included.- Perform actual testing of the communication speed of voice and SMS, in 2G and 3G band, and ensuring the upload and download rate of mobile data meets the standard data rate in 4G band.- Performs walktest within 500-meter radius of the cellular towers in all of aforementioned band configurations in all of the sectors included.- Send reports of the configuration result to the Network Operations Center (NOC) the result of the testing.
