I am an Associate in the New York office of GRSM and a member of the Commercial Litigation practice group. My practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, including, but not limited to securities litigation, intellectual property, and general liability from inception to trial/resolution. Prior to joining GRSM, I practiced defense litigation, and lead fraud investigations. I have defended private entities, individuals, large insurance carriers, property owners, contractors, and publications.During my time in law school, I held an executive board position on the Touro Law Review as the Articles Editor. My four publications ranged from topics including antitrust law, best practices when dealing with pro se parties, how to defend against claims of a traumatic brain injury, and psychology and fantasy sports.
