Also currently serves as an advisor to various private equity firms on industrial and chemical industry transactions. Led Trinseo, formerly Styron, in 2010 through the carve-out from The Dow Chemical Company. Under his leadership, Trinseo went from private ownership to a fully independent public NYSE traded company and grew in stock value nearly 250% in the first 2.5 years after the IPO.
