o Pre-construction Management support for the Owner, Architect & Engineers during design development. This includes value engineering, scheduling, constructability reviews, construction cost estimating to ensure budget compliance and design input.o Develop project & trade specific “Scopes of Work” for the construction bidding process.o Review of Subcontractor proposals and development of bid leveling documents for Owner/Consultant review. Award of contracts upon approved recommendations. o Development of overall project schedule including weekly updates, owner reviews and monthly narratives.o Management of overall construction budget, change order review/management and assembly of monthly financial updates.o Experience with management systems such as Procore, Timberline, Expedition, Prolog, Smart Search, Autodesk Field, Box & Primavera. o Management of Architectural & MEP/FP coordination utilizing BIM 3D Modeling. o Management of material tracking log to help understand potential project schedule impacts and subcontractor long lead materials.o Coordination and review of submittals. o Coordination and review of building controls and system integration's to ensure smooth transition at the end of construction into commissioning and systems checkout.

- Provide startup, commissioning, testing and service for low voltage and medium voltage distribution systems - Work with local utility companies to provide medium and high voltage distribution testing and troubleshooting support.- Assembly, disassembly and repair of medium and high voltage transformers for utility substation distribution. - Breakdown and repair of medium and high voltage transformer tap changers for utility substation distribution.

o Management of MEP disciplines for Pfizer restructuring program which included demolition of large scale buildings, tank farms and processing facilities.o Participate in site upgrade program from design development to implementation thru construction and closeout.o Interaction with the Owners building representatives during upgrades to ensure minimal or no impact to ongoing processes or experiments.o Development of bid packages for upgrade projects, support of the post bid interview process and eventual award and management of contracts. o Use of Prolog and Microsoft Project during this time frame.
