Extensive experience with Knowledge Management supporting plans and operations including information workflow, information sharing, organizational communication, organizational processes, and redesign.+ NUCLEAR COMMAND AND CONTROL – 11 years operational leadership in the nuclear operations field including 4 years as a combat-ready Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) Flight Commander, Instructor and Evaluator at the unit level and 3 years as an instructor for the Minuteman ICBM Launch Officer Initial Qualification Training. Led the integration of the nuclear mission at one of NATO’s two premier Joint Force Commands.+ SATELLITE COMMAND AND CONTROL – 5 1/2 years operational leadership as Operations Flight Commander for the Global Positioning System and Commander of one of eight remote tracking stations of the Air Force Satellite Control Network.
