Currently adding new mobile offering to the suite of products. Enabling the visualization of client data from mobile devices.Continued development of succession planning product and enhancements to HCMD application. Increased the product offering by addition of Career planning product. Involved in the restructure of OrgModeler product line by integrating new technologies. Helping shift companies product development model from Rational Unified Process (RUP) to Agile.

In charge of creation of Succession planning product which included requirements gathering and helping the team see the vision. Was responsible for joint development project between SAP (germany) and Nakisa for Succession planning enhancement pack 4 development. Was tasked with creation of Position management application which included close joint development with SAP (palo alto) for enhancement pack 5. Also in charge of second iteration of Position management with co-development between Nakisa and SAP (bangalore).Tasked with creation of “accelerated” product line to help cut implementation time and provide functionality to SAP systems. Parts of this projects output is used today to quickly and simply enhance current product offerings for customization in SAP client environments. Have been brought in as senior technical consultant for client trouble shooting and implementation issues.

Was part of the team responsible for converting products from VB to .Net (c#). Helped implement the shift to RUP software development which included using tools such as clear case, clear quest and req pro as well as liaison between product development and Quality assurance. Was on call and helpful for first implementations of .Net version in client environments. Helped troubleshot many problems found in client environments.

Create customer specific software implementations, as well as customize product offerings to fit the client needs. Implemented Netscape navigator support in product offering, and implemented .Net proof of concept.

Insured multiple computer labs were working correctly as well as trouble shooting user issues. Also performed general server maintenance which included re-ghosting labs in off hours as well as regularly scheduled computer maintenance.
