– Responsible for providing the client partners and CPO with data analytics, insights and production of executive briefing materials to present to a range of audiences. ‒ Designed a suite of KPI’s and procurement strategy paper to help the function focus on its long-term vision across all areas of delivery, not just savings. Developed a set of director level reports to ensure the function is on track to deliver its commitments. ‒ Subject matter expert for the future design state of our end-to-end sourcing process and spend management tool in BT’s new ERP system. ‒ Undertook a financial modelling exercise and recommended a set of actions to the leadership team to help them achieve their end-state transformation challenge. ‒ Implemented our procurement category management and forecasting process (category clubs) to support the units with their planning cycles and sourcing agenda. ‒ Created a program of activity to drive over 30% improvement in BT’s payment performance to adhere with the governments Prompt Payment Code policies whilst reducing overall working capital impact by c.£30m. ‒ Accountable for the policy and technical development of BT’s savings tracking tool. Input into the savings methodology endorsed by the Group CFO to drive standardisation. ‒ Designed our end-to-end internal Procurement Awards application and judging process. Programme deemed huge success by CPO and being continued every year. ‒ Acting secretary for our leadership team meetings responsible for preparing the agenda, all appropriate materials and tracking of minutes and actions.
