The Creative Labs is a new, young writing initiative that aims to take four young writers from Inverclyde and, through the process of a six week workshop, develop their writing to the point where they will create their own original piece of writing for theatre. After these six weeks, each new, original short piece of theatre will have a rehearsed reading in front of an audience.I started The Creative Labs as part of Youth Theatre Arts Scotland's Young Arts Leader Programme and facilitated the workshops, as well as produced the night of rehearsed readings. As part of this, I would write the workshop plans, creating various exercises for the participants and provide them with feedback, notes and encouragement. I also liased with the venue, the artistic director of The Beacon Arts Centre and secured support in kind from the venue, as well as liasing with the actors and the various other people needed to make the project a success.

As part of Pan Breed Productions, I served as camera operator and editor on the online music series The Clydeside Sessions. In addition to this, I also acted as workshop facilitator on the Starcaster Project, leading workshops on equipment usage. I was also then a Behind The Scenes Supervisor to the documentary crew, producing a documentary on the Starcaster short film. I also served on the board as Secretary.
