Acted as Deputy Chief of Mission during tour of duty. Publishes the Embassy's quarterly newsletter, "Ugnayan sa Vientiane". Conducts political, economic, and cultural reporting as may be needed. As consular officer, acts as signing officer for all consular documents. Conducts seminars, briefings and workshops as may be needed. Acts as chief ATN officer of the Embassy.

Prepares and disseminates press releases for the Department of Foreign Affairs. Organizes weekly Press Conferences for the DFA Spokesperson, or as may be needed. Assists in editing the DFA's Newsletter "Diplomatic Tribune". Undertakes projects and tasks as may be assigned by the DFA Spokesperson.

Writes articles for the UPDIO Newsletter "UPDATE". Undertakes special projects and tasks as may be assigned by the UPDIO Director.
